Dear Consortium Faculty and Doctoral Fellows:

We are delighted to welcome you all to the 4th AIM-AMA Sheth Foundation Doctoral Consortium to be held at the Ghaziabad/Dellhi campus of the Institute of Management Technology-Ghaziabad on January 7-9, 2016.

We treasure this opportunity to facilitate interaction between the top minds in the academia with a group of junior faculty and doctoral scholars who are on the threshold of a meaningful academic career. We thank the leading scholars of our field who have kindly consented to give these young minds their words of wisdom and time. We believe the investment from both the leading scholars and the group of junior faculty and doctoral scholars will reap rich returns for our discipline.

Originally conceptualized in 1966 in the United States, the Doctoral Consortium has provided an excellent platform for robust interactions among doctoral students and established faculty of international repute. This is the fourth time the American Marketing Association and the Sheth Foundation is organizing the consortium outside of North America with the support of the Academy of Indian Marketing.

The theme for the 4th AIM-AMA Sheth Foundation Doctoral Consortium is Engaging in a Connected World.

The consortium will offer an opportunity for the doctoral students to participate in both formal and informal interactions with top scholars and editors of top journals.
